1. Visiting Julia is for now earnings, not further plot; 2. You can sell pictures in your smartphone, earn from the same visits to Julia; 3. The plot with Leah should not cause errors, most likely you play through the remaining save, but you have to come to her at night.

If you got past the Julia storyline where you were sitting in the car on the beach and with Cindy in the bathroom, yes.
