But the writing is pretty bad, like it's all the fantasy of a 16 year old boy with mom/women issues. I'm sure that appeals to some. But the way characters behave is inconsistent and absurd (daughter being blackmail raped in bathroom, mom thinks it's hot?) and how events play out (mom just randomly kisses son, then wonders "Oh, am I having feelings for my son?" and the old "whoops i fell onto someone" 8 times) completely break immersion for anyone who is looking for a story even loosely based in reality. I think we're all looking for fantasy of some kind, but it doesn't work as well as fantasy if we can't imagine it actually happening.
